❤️ How to get your Escort/Place Cards
1. Select your desired quantity with either printed or unprinted names.
2. Orders with unprinted names can expect shipment within 5-7 business days. For this design, we recommend writing your guest's name and table number with an ink that would be easily visible like white or gold.
3. If purchasing printed names, select and enter your desired font name and type style under the 'personalization' field (See font and type style choices in product images).
4. Orders with printed names must complete our Place Card Spreadsheet. The spreadsheet will be attached to a downloadable file immediately after purchase. Shipment of printed orders will not be completed until this spreadsheet is completed and received by our team.
5. Once the spreadsheet is completed, kindly send the file via email or Etsy message and we will begin drafting your cards!
6. Before printing, we will confirm that all the information on the cards is correct. Please allow 1-3 weeks for processing and shipment

How do I access my files after purchase?
After purchase, you will receive an email from Templett™ with a link to access your files within minutes. If you cannot find your email, please check your spam or junk mail. Please allow 10 minutes to receive access link.
Be sure to not use your Apple ID when making your purchase. Please use your personal email address in order to receive your files. Apple ID prevents Templett™ from sending an email. Please message me on Etsy or email me at sistermaedesigns@gmail.com if you have made your purchase using your Apple ID.

Are there any software downloads needed to access my templates?
None! All you need to do is access your purchases on a web browser on your computer or laptop. You will be required to make a user account with Templett™ before you are able to make edits.

Can I demo before I purchase?
Yes! Each listing has a demo link within its product description with full listing information. You will not be able to save your work or download from this page.
